CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION "BVB goes GIF" Sweepstake

1. The competition is organised by Liquiditeam GmbH, Willy-Brandt-Platz 16-20, 38102 Braunschweig/Germany.

2. All persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of the competition are eligible to participate. Employees of Liquiditeam GmbH and persons entrusted with the implementation of the prize draw are excluded from this.

3. The competition will run from 01.03.2022, 09:09 h (CET) to 09.03.2022, 23:59 h (CET). Liquiditeam GmbH accepts no liability for technical malfunctions in the course of participation.

4. The possible prizes 1-4 each include 2 VIP tickets for a Bundesliga home match of BVB in the 2021/22 season (the exact date has not yet been set by the DFL). All other services (such as travel, meals, accommodation, etc.) will not be covered and must be paid for by the respective winners themselves. Participation in the competition for prizes 1-4 is only possible in the BVB Fans Int. app for registered users. A further prerequisite for participation in the competition for prizes 1-4 is the successful collection of at least 5 of the 9 BVB GIFs in the period from 01.03.2022, 09:09 h (CET) to 09.03.2022, 23:59 h (CET).

5. The possible prizes 5-6 are each a unique BVB GIF for use in the BVB Fans Int. app. Participation in the competition for prizes 5-6 is only possible in the BVB Fans Int. app for registered users. A further prerequisite for participation in the competition for prizes 5-6 is the successful collection of at least 5 of the 9 BVB GIFs in the period from 01.03.2022, 09:09 h (CET) to 09.03.2022, 23.59 h (CET).

6. The possible additional 3 prizes each include a BVB jersey signed by the BVB team. Participation in the competition for the 3 additional prizes is exclusively by posting the competition article from the BVB Fans Int. app on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter under the hashtag #BVBgoesGIF and simultaneously linking/tagging 3 friends. It is important that all links and the hashtag are visible under the respective post. The winner must make their social media account public so that Liquiditeam GmbH can see the post.

7. Liquiditeam GmbH reserves the right to exclude persons from participation who gain advantages through manipulation. In such cases, the prize may also be subsequently withdrawn and a replacement winner drawn. Furthermore, Liquiditeam GmbH reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the competition at any time, in particular in the event of disruption or obstruction of the scheduled course of events.

8. The winner will be notified in writing after the draw. In order for the prize to be processed, the winner must have sent his/her contact details (name, address, postcode, town, mobile phone number, e-mail) to the e-mail address stated within a set period of 24 hours after being notified. Otherwise, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be determined. The prize will be sent by e-mail (prizes 1-4), in the BVB Fans Int. app (prizes 5-6) or by post (signed BVB jerseys).

9. The data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection provisions. The data will only be collected in connection with the transfer of the prize.

10. Claims to prizes are not transferable. Liquiditeam GmbH is not liable if the prize cannot be claimed.

11. A cash payment, extension, change or exchange of the prize is not possible.

12. Liquiditeam GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. Liquiditeam GmbH will make use of this option in particular if the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed for factual or legal reasons. In this case, there is also no entitlement to cash payment or payment of a replacement prize.

13. The competition is not associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. All claims, complaints or other concerns should be directed to Liquiditeam GmbH. Not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

14. The legal process is excluded.

15. The competition is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
